The free service includes one website built and delivered within 24 hours, deployment on a FreeSiteAI subdomain or your own domain, basic analytics setup, and free minor edits within 30 days of delivery.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business. You are responsible for ensuring your business is legal and that content we create on your behalf does not infringe third-party rights. You must not use our service to create websites for illegal businesses or activities.

4. Ownership

You own the website we build for you. We will provide all source files upon request. FreeSiteAI retains the right to display your website in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.

5. Service limitations

We reserve the right to decline any request that violates our policies or that we are unable to fulfil. The 24-hour guarantee applies under normal operating conditions. In rare cases of high demand or technical issues, we will notify you of any delays.

6. Paid services

Any services beyond the free offering — redesigns, SEO management, Google Ads, additional pages — will be quoted and agreed in writing before any work begins.

7. Limitation of liability

FreeSiteAI provides its service in good faith. We are not liable for business outcomes, revenue, or decisions made based on your website or analytics data. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
